Mike installed new windows in our home. We are very pleased with the work he and his associate James did. Not only did he do a comprehensive job, from the initial estimate to the work itself and the site clean-up he did it with care for our home. We were able to basically go about our business while they did the work. The price was reasonable and we are very satisfied with the outcome.

When I bought my house seven years ago there was a squeaky floor in the smallest bedroom. It became gradually louder as time went by. Now that I want to sell the house I decided to have the squeak fixed. Mike and his assistant quickly discovered the cause of the squeak was not as simple as hoped for and was related to the settling of the house. They figured out a way to compensate for the problem, secure the floor, and stop the squeak, and still not do any cosmetic damage to the wall or baseboard. Even though more time was required, Mike did not charge me any more than the original estimate. Thanks! Yes, I would recommend this company to others who need home repairs. 2/15/24 Carol H.

We had water damage that led to our kitchen being ripped out and ended up hiring Prestige to replace base cabinets, rebuild the island, install new stone countertops, upgrade the flooring throughout the first floor and replace the baseboards/trim. Mike was able to complete the job within budget and on-time. All details were discussed ahead of time and the entire job turned out exactly as we imagined. My family felt completely comfortable having the crew in the house and even when Mike couldn’t make it on any particular day he came by later or reached out to ensure the work was being done up to our standards. Very professional and competent in an industry that can be tough to find good people. Thanks Mike!
