Updates/Additions: The scope included replacing 800 square feet of flooring along with installing new base trim in the living room, kitchen, hallway, entryway, bathroom, laundry room, closet spaces, and dining room. We also replaced doors damaged by water, repaired framing, and renovated the bathroom.
Materials Used: Luxury vinyl plank (LVP) flooring was installed throughout, with medium dense fiber (MDF) trim in areas where there should be no moisture like the bedroom, hallway, and dining room and finger-jointed pine (real wood) in moisture-prone spaces like the bathroom and laundry room. Hollow core 3-panel interior doors were also used.

- A lot of removal work from the mitigation company, such as removing flooring, drywall, trim, shower, washer, dryer, vanity, etc.
- The original flooring was ripped out in the hallway, bedroom, bathroom, laundry room and bedroom closet.
- Structural issues such as dry rot required repair.
- Essential fixtures like doors, vanity, and appliances were removed for mitigation purposes.
