When we first called Prestige, we were at our wit’s end following a bad experience with a previous contractor, but Mike and James swooped in and saved the day! They immediately assessed the situation in our home, identified what still needed to be done, and had a gameplan ready within hours of our fist meeting. It was a tall order: the kitchen counters and backsplash needed to be completely re-done, nearly the entire second level needed flooring installed, five rooms needed trim and doors installed, the stairs needed to be sanded and have flooring installed, a bathroom vanity still needed a countertop, the list goes on. Mike was always upfront about costs and consistently kept us updated on the timeline. He was well informed and well networked and handled all the communication with necessary subcontractors and material salespeople.

The quality of the workmanship Prestige Construction provided was outstanding; they’re real perfectionists and it quickly became clear that when they said “I do the work the way I would want it done in my own home”, they truly meant it. They were punctual and respectful when in our home, mindful of noise levels, and put extra effort into keeping our home clean while they worked.

Mike and James are true professionals and I can’t overstate what a pleasure it was to work with them. They charged a fair price from the outset, and now that the project is done, I can say with confidence that it was completely worth the final cost! They will definitely be the first and only people we call when we need any future work done on our home.

Mike did a complete remodel of my garage and added a large deck extention on the backside of the garage. He was professional and provided great quality work. I would use him again for any home remodel project.

Hired to replace rotted siding. During construction, interior damage and rot was found. Rebuilt wall around patio door. Added cost was minimal, $3,000. Plus 5 year warranty on work gives a sense of comfort. They know what they are doing and will discuss with you in a language that you understand. Will hire again soon.

Mike the owner of prestige construction & home remodeling LLC and his crew. They installed new laminate flooring in my hallway bathroom, master bathroom and front door entry way. And also installed new base molding over the floors. I felt that they really did a great job overall. His communication skills are wonderful with keeping me informed daily on the project updates. If anything came up he would always let me know and figured out a solution how to resolve it. They are a very reliable, honest and hard working crew that works well together. I’m very pleased and impressed with how my floors and base trim turned out after they were finished. Mike and his crew do fine quality work. I would highly recommend them to anyone I know family and friends that would need anything done down the road. The company is also affordable I feel and fair. I definitely give them a 5***** rating for sure. His company also earlier this year redid all of my existing windows in the house. Mike removed the existing aluminium windows and installed new vinyl windows. He also removed the existing exterior and interior trim and installed new interior and exterior trim around them. Again they did an excellent job and was fair on price and knocked out the job quickly and nicely. That’s why I called him and his company back to do my new laminate flooring installation project now. Again I give him a 5***** rating for that window job as well.

Had outside stairs replaced. Looks wonderful and appreciated the fact Mike called, updated and kept us in the loop. Waiting for a bid to replace an outside door. Very easy to work with.

They put a deck in and finished a fence for me. They did it exactly as I was hoping for. Good quality work! I highly recommend!

Prestoge installed a door in our kitchen. They were on time and did an excellent job.

We sold our house and during the home inspection a water leak was discovered. It caused major unseen damage. I explained our time predicament to Mike and he came out on a Sunday to do the estimate and waited patiently for our insurance company to approve the repairs. Mike said it would take 8 days for the repairs and it did. Mike and his guys were onsite, on time every day and worked all day long. Mike even discovered a damaged floor joist that was hidden until they removed the subflooring and repaired it at no extra cost. Mike and his crew did framing, drywall, laminate flooring, rebuilt kitchen cabinets and even formica on the kitchen countertops. Mike is reliable, friendly and does very high quality work. I would recommend him to anyone. Thanks for everything Mike.

Mike and James are freaking good in their work. They worked well together, their work was smooth and perfect, and the costs were up front and honest. I’ve gone with a handyman, whose work on the exterior of my chimney fell apart in 6 months, which is why I shifted over to this certified company. Honestly, it’s wonderful to work with real professionals with ethics and integrity. Pro tip: ALWAYS check the reviews.

Mike installed brand new custom trim around the entire perimiter of the garage and did an excellent job. He and James caulked and miter cut the pieces and expertly blended the trim with the floor’s slope so one can’t even see a difference. Start to finish they completed the job in just a few hours–HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Great communication, quick responses, and a determination that the customer is satisfied.

I talked to a number of contractors and Mike was prompt to respond and made time to come talk to me. He quickly knew the scope of the project and helped us plan our kitchen remodel. He handled all aspects of the remodel and made it easy. He was able to clearly break down the items needed and what work would be done in his quote. We are very happy with the quality of work and we are loving our new kitchen. We are definitely going to call Mike first for our next project.

I needed some interior doors replaced with new ones and new trim installed around them. And he also replaced some of the base trim inside my home to. Him and his crew did a an amazing job overall. We wanted a covered outdoor space in our yard. I showed Mike 2 pictures of what we had in mind and he designed and built the perfect pergola. He and James were responsive to questions, professional, fair, and skilled. This is the second project that we have contracted them to do and we will call them again next time. Thank you so much for the gorgeous improvement to our property.

Installed new exterior door into side of house. Several different contractors were hesitant to do this job because of the vinyl siding. An unexpected layer of foam was found under the siding..and the project still turned out perfectly. Tarp was laid down to keep my carpet free of muddy shoes and plastic from ceiling to floor kept dust from the rest of the room.

A while back I noticed some issues with my exterior window trim. I called up several companies to get quotes. Mike responded promptly, came out to my house and did a detailed inspection of my home’s exterior. Out of all the quotes I got I felt like his was just the right amount of detain and just the right price.

When it came time to do the work he was thorough and on time. Whenever we found some dry rot underneath he kept me informed and found balanced solutions that got the job done, but didn’t send the bill through the roof.

I would definitely hire him again for any future projects!

Prestige Construction was an excellent choice for our recent window replacement project. Mike and his crew did a great job, did a quality install including replacing both inside and outside window casings and frames. Looks very professional and we have had several compliments already. Their post job clean up was efficient and very thorough. I would use them again. Very good contractor and does what he says he will do. Goes the extra mile to make sure you are happy with the job.
